From raw export to readable table

Exports from online shops, CRMs, accounting software or analytics tools arrive as CSV – fine for spreadsheets, but hard to read or print. The converter turns the rows into a PDF table with a highlighted header row, alternating row colours, grid lines and page numbers. Wide tables switch to landscape automatically, and very wide ones continue on extra pages.

What is recognised

Values are printed exactly as they appear in the file – no sums or number formatting are added. To calculate with the data first, open the CSV in Excel with CSV to Excel.

  • Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe separators.
  • Quoted values with commas or line breaks inside.
  • UTF-8 and older Windows (ANSI) encodings, so umlauts and accents come out right.
  • Arabic cells are shaped correctly and aligned to the right.

About CSV and PDF files

CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

PDF (Portable Document Format)
PDF files look the same on every device and are the standard for invoices, statements, contracts and reports. Digital PDFs store real text; scanned PDFs store images of pages. All PDF tools →

CSV to PDF – frequently asked questions

How do I turn a CSV into a PDF?

Choose the CSV file, set whether the first row is a header and click “Convert to PDF”.

My CSV uses semicolons. Does that work?

Yes. The separator – comma, semicolon, tab or pipe – is detected automatically.

What happens with very wide tables?

They are set in landscape and the font gets smaller; tables with more than 16 columns continue on additional pages.

Are Arabic and accented characters supported?

Yes. Noto Sans and Noto Sans Arabic are embedded, so accents, umlauts and Arabic appear correctly.
