What you get from an invoice
- Invoice number, dates and the seller's details as text rows at the top.
- The line items with description, quantity, unit price and amount in separate columns.
- Subtotal, tax and total as rows below the line items.
Amounts with currency symbols
These invoices usually print amounts with a currency symbol, for example $49.00 or €49.00. PDFConvertFast keeps such values as text so nothing is changed by mistake. Select the amount column and use Find & Replace to remove the symbol – Excel then treats the amounts as numbers you can total.

Which Stripe documents can I convert?

Why are the amounts text instead of numbers?
Because they include a currency symbol. Remove the symbol with Find & Replace and Excel treats them as numbers.
