Amazon Invoices to Excel for Expense Reports
Office supplies, equipment and small purchases often come from Amazon – and for an expense report or your tax records you need the order number, date, items and VAT from each invoice in one spreadsheet.
If you have the invoice as a PDF, PDFConvertFast converts it to Excel in your browser, without uploading it. It works with digital PDF invoices; scanned paper invoices are not supported. PDFConvertFast is not affiliated with Amazon.

Getting the invoice as a PDF
Invoices can usually be opened from the order details in your account. If an invoice opens as a PDF, download it. If it opens as a web page, use your browser's Print function and choose “Save as PDF” – that creates a digital PDF with real text, which converts well.
Turning invoices into an expense sheet
- Convert one invoice at a time and copy the order date, item, net amount, VAT and total into your expense sheet.
- Invoices from marketplace sellers can look different from each other – check the columns after converting.
- Amounts printed with a currency symbol stay as text; remove the symbol with Find & Replace to calculate with them.

Amazon invoice to Excel – questions and answers
How do I get my Amazon invoice as a PDF?
Open the invoice from your order details. Download it if it is a PDF, or save it with your browser's Print → Save as PDF if it opens as a web page.
Is VAT shown separately in Excel?
If the invoice lists VAT on its own line or in its own column, that line or column appears in Excel too. PDFConvertFast converts what is printed on the invoice; it does not calculate tax.
Can I convert a photo of a paper invoice?
No. Photos and scans are images, and PDFConvertFast has no OCR. Use the PDF invoice from your account instead.
Is PDFConvertFast linked to Amazon?
No. PDFConvertFast is not affiliated with Amazon. It only converts the PDF you select, in your own browser.
